You can park directly below the location.
Entrance
We use Halle Sud (A and B). You can report to our team for registration and receive your badge. Then you can report inside and you will be guided further.
Hotel
Our partner hotel DORINT Wiesbaden is located directly opposite the RMCC, less than a 5-minute walk from Wiesbaden main station. With booking reference NEXTLIVE you can book the required rooms at a reduced rate.

EXPERT BREAKOUTS
Turn key presence
The strength of NEXTLIVE.FESTIVAL is the uncluttered floor, and you as an expert being part of the program. You distinguis yourself by the knowledge you share. All living room settings are plug-and-play and facilitate a pleasant meeting place.
Important information
- A maximum of 2 people per exhibitor is allowed.
- You may of course bring your own screen,laptop, ipad etc. but no larger than 40 inches.
- You are not allowed to bring your own branding, banners etc. Of course you may hand out/ give something to the visitor. In any case, it should not affect the appearance of the booth.
Branding
- The living room setting of your expert break out is provided with subtle branding. (logo)
Visitors come to you based on knowledge, expertise and interest
- Each expert is part of the knowledge program and, based on relevant content, hosts his or her own session.
- Each time slot allows a maximum of 5 people to join you to get acquainted and at the same time discuss the topic you have defined.

- 2 times a 220V connection for e.g. laptop, phone, screen etc.

The master classes take place in domes equipped with all the technical facilities you need for your presentation. (Screen, laptop, microphone, etc.) Each dome has a maximum of approximately 40 seats.

The organization would like to receive your presentation no later than 1 week prior to the event. Videos should be integrated into the presentation and attached as a separate file.
